It all started when...
As a licensed psychotherapist, my practice includes individual therapy, therapeutic support groups, and workshops that focus on finding new perspectives on your stress. I specialize in helping adults find ways to live happily, even joyfully in these stressful times.
My passion for helping people overcome anxiety stems from my own lifelong struggle with it. After receiving my Master’s in Social Work, I worked with adults in medical and psychiatric hospitals using methods and therapy techniques to calm the fears and worries we all face.
Thanks to the virtual platforms available to us, we can work together no matter where in the world you may be!
Take a look around my website.
Let me know if I can be of help.
Warmly,
Sue
